20 years ago we were building high performing software development teams with Java and .Net developers, ECM Consultants, EAI and BPM.  Over the last 10 years or so, we have been building high performing data, AI, software development and Mendix teams and companies, mainly working directly with hiring managers, working with them as a sounding board but also as a Talent Partner. 

With the emergence of GenAI, we are now excited to be building GenAI engineering teams who actually build intelligent solutions using LLMs on multiple platforms. Gemini, GPT, Claude, Bedrock. It goes on!
